This membership includes player insurance scheme, PDFNL Affiliation fees and entry into home games for 1 person at the Tocumwal Recreation Reserve. Full payment of player membership must be paid before the commencement of the PDFNL season. A player can’t commence the season until they are covered by this insurance.
This year the committee have kept the prices the same as 2024 as we know that people are feeling the pinch at the moment with cost of living increases.

All Medical Record Details supplied on this form will be treated as highly confidential and in accordance with the "Health Records Act 2011". A copy of an explanation sheet regarding your rights and the club's responsibilities can be obtained from www.legislation.vic.gov.au.
